Introduction

Magnetic separation is the most widely used, the one of the most technologically sophisticated technology, and it is mainly used for sorting of magnetic minerals, magnetic separator plays an important role in this process . Mining ores are crushed by crusher first, crushed to a reasonable and then fed into the ball mill evenly by elevator and feeder. Ball mill crush and grind ores. The fine ore power grinded by ball mill will enter into next process: classification. According to the principles that different proportion of solid particles precipitated in the liquid velocity, spiral classier will clean and classify mineral mixture. the mixture was washed ore, grading. Because different minerals different susceptibility , the magnetic material will be separated by magnetic mechanical force from the washed and graded mineral mixture when they are passing through magnetic separator. NOTE: This process is designed as the standard process technology , we can also design the optimal technology drawing according to customer requirements and annual capacity.

Dry high-intensity magnetic separator
Magnetic separation process is separating magnetic material in magnetic separator magnetic field with the force and mechanical force. Different magnetic mineral particles moves along different trajectory, in this way, it will elect two or several separate beneficiation products.

Dry low-intensity magnetic separator
Hematite, limonite, siderite, pyrite and other minerals are in low magnetic, they can not be recycled with a weak magnetic separation , but they can be turned into strong magnetic iron material(magnetite or hematite) with magnetizing roast, and then use magnetic separation method for recycling.
