Introduction

High-gradient magnetic separation is used to separate magnetic materials from a nonmagnetic liquid medium.This process has traditionally been applied in kaolin clay benefaction, the removal of iron particles from process streams in steel and power plants, and waste water treatment of bacteriaand solids through magnetic seeding.
 

Feature: 

1. High magnetic separators cooling system integrally mounted with the body, compact structure, easy installation, operation and maintenance. 
2. Coil using three-dimensional winding structure, large heat dissipation area, unblocked oil circuit, high heat dissipation efficiency. Magnetic medium using the patent product developed by our company, can produce high gradient magnetic field, magnetic field intensity up to 2T. 

 

How to Work?

The high gradient magnetic separator for iron ore separation principle is set steel wool, steel screen and other assembled magnetic medium in the uniform magnetic field produced by iron solenoid, So after being magnetized, it will produce highly nonuniform magnetic field in the radial surface, that is high gradient magnetic field. Therefore, under the condition of the background field strength is not too high, can produce a higher magnetic field force, paramagnetic material will be subject to magnetic attraction which is proportional to the product of applied magnetic field gradient, using the high gradient non-uniform magnetic field, can separate the extremely weak magnetic micro-fine material what is hard to the general magnetic separator to separate, and greatly reduce the separation size limit (can be reduced to 1μm )to improve the separation index.
